Freeland House Rebuild

-Project Completion: March 2017

-Description: The original footprint of this home is over 100 years old. Preserving the history was important to both the homeowner and our team; we tore down and reconstructed the front half of the home that could not be saved, and salvaged the materials for use in the new construction. The back portion of the home, with the original white siding, was able to be saved completely. In the process of rebuilding, we used the chestnut beams from the original home to construct the decking, rafters, railings, and the frame of the screened porch.
